Miley Cyrus is taking heat for apparently dissing Selena Gomez during her concert in Milan, Italy on June 8.

After a crude cardboard cutout of Gomez made its way on stage, Cyrus picked it up and started waving it around while singing her hit, "FU." Cyrus threw the cutout back into the crowd as she sang, "I don't really have much to say/ I was over it the second that I saw her name/ I got two letters for you/ One of them's F and the other one's U."

This is apparently being heralded as a "diss," but it should be noted that it doesn't seem like this was something Cyrus had orchestrated. Neither Cyrus nor Gomez has yet to comment on the drama, but we're betting Cyrus will chime in any day now.

Raven Symone With Rainbow Hair

We've seen purple hair on the likes of Nicole Richie and Kelly Osbourne. We've seen blue hair on Kylie Jenner. But we've yet to see anything quite like Raven Symone's new 'do.

The 28-year-old posted photos of her new hair to her Instagram account June 10. Along with the photo of her freshly colored and angled "lob," Symone wrote, "My last Friday in la before I start my life as an #oncampus student! New hair for a new life! #hellyea":

We're seeing red, blonde, grey and purple streaks, but Symone calls the dye job "washy purp and grey" in one of her photo captions, so let's go with that.

Symone announced via Instagram on May 2 that she is enrolled at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Her interesting new look will hopefully be an easy way to break the ice with students on campus.

Fans distressed by Joe Chen’s smoking photos

The sweet-looking Taiwanese actress was photographed holding a cigarette

Taiwanese actress Joe Chen, who has always sported a demure and sweet demeanour, was recently photographed smoking at the dinner table, dashing the perfect image some fans and netizens have had of her.

She is recently starring as an air stewardess in Shanghainese drama Marry a Man to Live, and had posted on Weibo photos of herself dressed in her air stewardess uniform. Her sweet and elegant photos have received much praise from netizens.

But what shocked fans and netizens alike was when her photos of her smoking appeared online and went viral. She was seen wearing a cap and black sweater, with a cigarette visibly wedged between her fingers.

Distressed netizens began to lament that their good impression of her has been tainted. Some of the comments included: “She doesn’t seem to be so perfect in my eyes now”, “this damages her pure and sweet image” and “you’re no longer my goddess”.

But others defended her, retorting: “If purity and innocence can be judged by smoking, the judge must be really immature.”

Some also added: “It’s very normal, as long as she’s not taking drugs, it’s okay! I still like Joe very much.”

David Beckham's Miami soccer stadium plans rejected

David Beckham's plans for a new soccer stadium in Miami have been rejected.

The US city decided that the proposed stadium's location next to Miami Heat's basketball stadium on the waterfront was "inappropriate".

Beckham and his business group Beckham Miami United will continue to look at different locations as he attempts to launch a new Major League Soccer team.

Before he can officially open a new club, he is required to agree a stadium deal with the city.

Miami previously provided $500m (£298m) in public funding to build a new venue for the Miami Marlins baseball team.

The former Manchester United and England star's group has already agreed to finance a $250m (£149m) stadium, which is expected to house an estimated 20,000 spectators.

David Beckham appears on The Voice in China

Manager Simon Fuller and mobile phone billionaire Marcelo Claure are among Beckham's business partners.

"When people think of Miami, they immediately think about being near or on the water," Beckham previously said of the stadium plans.

Beckham recently hinted that he may consider coming out of retirement in the future.

Anna Kendrick has covered Elle magazine's first ever social issue.

The Pitch Perfect actress said that she doesn't think her sex appeal has been a big factor in her success, and admitted that she was an "ultra late bloomer".

Discussing her sex appeal, Kendrick said: "I've never felt like I've exactly traded on my looks. 

"When I was a teenager, I was an ultra late bloomer, and my mom would say it was a blessing, because it means you never have to wonder if guys are only interested in you because you've got boobs. 

"I would have been thrilled if guys were interested in me because of my boobs!" she laughed.

The 28-year-old added: "Similarly, I think I'm lucky that I've never had a crisis about whether the only reason I'm successful is because I'm crazy hot. It's not something that crosses my mind."

Gaga headed out in a sheer bra and jumpsuit on June 12 in New York City. The "Applause" singer wore an enormous diamond necklace with matching earrings and bracelets to top off the ensemble. On her arm, she carried a structured purse and her beloved French bulldog pup, Asia.

The 28-year-old has been donning a dark curly wig lately, but on Thursday she decided to wear her own jet-black hair in a topknot.

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West have released new intimate photos from their wedding.

The pictures include a look at the couple's young daughter North West, who was present at their lavish Italian wedding last month.

WWE's Pat Patterson comes out publicly as gay

WWE Hall of Fame wrestler Pat Patterson has come out as gay. 

Patterson has been openly gay for a while, but this is the first time he has addressed his sexuality in public.

Speaking on the WWE reality series Legends' House, the 73-year-old made the emotional announcement over dinner with other 'legends'. 

"Sitting here tonight, I'm going to say something that I would never want to say publicly," he began. 

"But being here with you guys, for once in my life, I'm going to be me now. I survived all this being gay."

He also spoke about about a previous relationship: "I had a friend with me for 40 years, and I lost him, because he had a heart attack, and I end up alone. It's tough, guys. It's tough."

He went on to say he doesn't regret any choices he has made, explaining: "I gave my life to the business, I don't regret nothing. For the rest of my life, I want to be happy."

Patterson is the second WWE wrestler to come out as gay, following Darren Young's announcement in 2013.

Kelly Clarkson has revealed that she and husband Brandon Blackstock are expecting a baby girl.

The singer - who announced her pregnancy in November - shared the news with her fans on Twitter.

She wrote: "We just found out we're having a girl officially!"

Clarkson added that she had already suspected that she was having a daughter.

"I knew it!" she said. "Only a girl could cause this much drama with all this vomiting ha!"

The American Idol winner has previously spoken of her struggle with morning sickness, describing pregnancy as "so gross".

"I vomit a good dozen times a day," she said during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.


She continued: "You're not attractive when you're pregnant. Everybody tells you [that] you glow and your hair is pretty and your nails are pretty.

"That's total crap. My nails are short, my hair still falls out like it's not all lush and beautiful, and I have no glow.

"Unless it's, like, something left over from a bad throw up. It's horrible."

The news of Clarkson's pregnancy came just a month after she and Blackstock married in Walland, Tennessee in October.

Shortly before the wedding, Clarkson joked about her desire to become pregnant before Christmas.

The singer is a stepmother to Blackstock's two children from a prior relationship.

Scooby-Doo voice actor Casey Kasem dies, aged 82

Casey Kasem has died, aged 82.

The American radio personality and voice actor passed away in hospital earlier today (June 15) after a lengthy battle with dementia.

His daughter, Kerri Kasem, shared a statement on Twitter, writing, "Early this Father's Day morning, our dad Casey Kasem passed away surrounded by family and friends. Even though we know he is in a better place and no longer suffering, we are heartbroken. 

"Thank you for all your love, support and prayers. The world will miss Casey Kasem, an incredible talent and humanitarian; we will miss our Dad."

Kasem, who had four children and was married twice, provided voices for many classic cartoon characters, including Shaggy in Scooby-Doo and Batman's sidekick Robin in Super Friends. 

He also enjoyed a successful career in radio, launching the American Top 40 in 1970, which he hosted until 1988. He also front a revived version from 1998 until 2004.

Kasem also hosted a show called Casey's Top 40 from 1988 to 1998.

He never said goodbye at the end of any of his shows, instead quipping: "Keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars."

The star also appeared in several films, including 1984's Ghostbusters in 1984, and made cameos in TV shows Hawaii Five-O , Saved by the Bell, Charlie's Angels, Columbo and the Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries.

Kasem was honored for his lengthy career with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on his 49th birthday in April, 1981 and was inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame in 1992.

Royal Father's Day! All eyes were on Prince George on Sunday, June 15 as the tiny tot, 10 months, celebrated the Duke of Cambridge's first Father's Day while rooting for his dad Prince William at a charity polo match -- the Jerudong Trophy Day.

Mother Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton stayed by the little one's side, watching him closely while wearing jeans, flats, and a Breton striped shirt. 
A polo spectator there tells Us Weekly, “You know George -- wriggle wriggle wriggle! He was adorable. He was in Kate’s arms most of the time, but she put him down on the ground a couple of times to play. He was grabbing one of the polo mallets at one point when Kate joined in with the divot stomping during a break. Kate seemed a bit nervous to let go of him though. She said, ‘He’s really fast!.'"

It seems the third in line to the throne is ready to hit a major milestone, almost a month before his first birthday. 
“He looks like he’ll soon be walking," the onlooker continues. "Kate would hold his arms and his little feet would toddle ahead. A couple of times he stood while just holding on to her with one hand. He’s getting close!"

Destiny's Child have briefly reunited for Michelle Williams's new music video.
Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland feature on the star's new solo single 'Say Yes', which was released earlier this month.

Beyoncé is sporting braids, while Rowland has a cropped hair cut in the accompanying visual, which premiered on Good Morning America earlier today (June 18).
The track has been lifted from Williams's upcoming fourth studio album Journey To Freedom, which is expected to be released later this year.
It serves as the follow-up to 2008's Unexpected, which peaked at number 42 in the US.
Destiny's Child last reunited in 2013 for a performance of 'Bootylicious' and 'Single Ladies' during Beyoncé's Super Bowl XLVII half-time show.

Katy Perry has launched her own record label, Metamorphosis Music.
The 'Roar' singer also announced her first signee as singer-songwriter Ferras and uploaded a logo to Instagram.image


Perry features on Ferras' track 'Legends Never Die' from his debut EP, and also executive produced the record. 
Ferras will support the star on the North American leg of her 'Prismatic World Tour', which kicks off in North Carolina on Sunday (June 22).
Ferras tweeted his excitement at being signed to Perry's label, revealing he was celebrating by getting tattoos.

Perry previously praised her first signing's uniqueness, saying: "Ferras is a man with a message, and a unique lyrical way of communicating his perspective on life that makes you feel connected to every note when you listen.
"I believe he is going to be an important artist to watch unfold."

Dr. Oz scolded at hearing on weight loss scams

Under pressure from Congress, celebrity doctor Mehmet Oz on Tuesday offered to help "drain the swamp" of unscrupulous marketers using his name to peddle so-called miracle pills and cure-alls to millions of Americans desperate to lose weight.

Oz appeared before the Senate's consumer protection panel and was scolded by Chairman Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., for claims he made about weight-loss aids on his TV show, "The Dr. Oz Show."

Oz, a cardiothoracic surgeon, acknowledged that his language about green coffee and other supplements has been "flowery" and promised to publish a list of specific products he thinks can help America shed pounds and get healthy — beyond eating less and moving more. On his show, he never endorsed specific companies or brands but more generally praised some health supplements as fat busters.

McCaskill took Oz to task for a 2012 show in which he proclaimed that green coffee bean extract was a "magic weight loss cure for every body type."

"I get that you do a lot of good on your show," McCaskill told Oz, but "I don't get why you need to say this stuff because you know it's not true."

Oz insisted he believes in the supplements he talks about on his show as short-term crutches and even has his family try them. He said his job on the show is to be a "cheerleader" for his audience, one who offers hope even if that means looking to alternative healing traditions and any evidence that might support them.

But Oz did agree that there's no long-term miracle pill out there without diet and exercise.

Within weeks of Oz's comments about green coffee — which refers to the unroasted seeds or beans of coffee — a Florida-based operation began marketing a dietary supplement called Pure Green Coffee, with claims that the chlorogenic acid found in the beans could help people lose 17 pounds and cut body fat by 16 percent in 22 weeks.

The company, according to federal regulators, featured footage from "The Dr. Oz Show" to sell its supplement. Oz has no association with the company and received no money from sales.

Last month, the Federal Trade Commission sued the sellers behind Pure Green Coffee and accused them of making bogus claims and deceiving consumers.

The weight-loss industry is an area where consumers are particularly vulnerable to fraud, Mary Koelbel Engle, an associate director at the FTC, testified at the Senate hearing. She said the agency conducted a consumer survey in 2011 and found that more consumers were victims of fraudulent weight-loss products than of any of the other specific frauds covered in the survey.

Oz stressed during the hearing that he has never endorsed specific health supplements or received money from the sale of supplements. Nor has he allowed his image to be used in ads for supplements, he said.

"If you see my name, face or show in any type of ad, email or other circumstance," Oz testified, "it's illegal" — and not anything he has endorsed. He hasn't allowed his name to be associated with specific brands, he said, because of ethical concerns he has about doctors making endorsements of health products.

Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., asked Oz if he would be willing to create a master list of brands he feels work, instead of suggesting that a general supplement may work for weight loss and then leaving consumers to poke around on the Internet in hopes of finding something.

"I've been actively looking at that," said Oz. "With your suggestion and support, I think I'm going to do it and I think it'll do a lot to drain the swamp that we've created around this area."

Miranda Kerr on "ridiculous" Brad Pitt romance rumors: 'I met him once'
Miranda Kerr has hit out at "ridiculous" reports that she has been romantically involved with Brad Pitt.
The 31-year-old model said that she refuses to comment on such stories, as she would "spend the whole day commenting".

She told Vogue Australia: "I met him once. My publicist sends me these stories and asks if I want to comment. I don't think there's a reason to because it's ridiculous. If I start, then I'll spend the whole day commenting."
Kerr said that she is "enjoying being single" following her split from Orlando Bloom, following a seven-year relationship.

"I was in a relationship for such a long time - seven years with Orlando - so it's important for me at the moment to spend time with my son and focus on my work," she added.
Earlier this year, Kerr said that she was enjoying dating again following the split, but was not looking for a serious relationship.
Shortly after their split, Bloom said that he and Kerr will always be part of each other's lives.

Meryl Streep to star opposite daughter Mamie Gummer in rock comedy
Meryl Streep is to star opposite her daughter Mamie Gummer in an upcoming rock comedy.
The pair will play mother and daughter in the Diablo Cody-written film Ricki and the Flash, according to The Wrap.

Streep will play singer Ricki, who lost her family after following her dreams of becoming a star. Gummer is in talks to play Ricki's daughter Julie.
Kevin Kline is also in line to play Ricki's ex-husband Pete.
The Silence of the Lambs' Jonathan Demme will direct the project, to be released on June 26, 2015.
Gummer previously starred alongside her mother as a 2-year-old in 1986's Heartburn. She has since become best known for her roles in John Adams, The Big C and The Good Wife. 
Streep and Kline previously appeared together in 1982's Sophie's Choice.

Queen Elizabeth II to visit Game of Thrones set

Queen Elizabeth II is to visit a Game of Thrones set in Belfast. 

The appointment will form part of her tour of Northern Ireland, which takes place next week between Monday, June 23 and Wednesday, June 25.

The Queen will visit the set where scenes featuring the Wall and the Eyrie are shot.

Her visit was confirmed by the British Monarchy's verified Twitter this morning (June 18):

Zac Efron, Channing Tatum for new Bear Grylls show Running Wild
Bear Grylls will lead a batch of celebrities including Zac Efron and Channing Tatum into the wild for a new NBC show, it has been announced.
Running Wild with Bear Grylls will see the survival specialist take the stars to "remote and wild locations in the US and around the world" for 48 hours over six episodes.Rita Ora rips Zac Efron's shirt off during MTV Movie Awards Channing Tatum - The American actor, star of upcoming release Magic Mike, turns 32 on Thursday.

As well as Efron and Tatum, those who have signed up for the show include Ben Stiller, Deion Sanders, Tom Arnold and Tamron Hall.
Grylls commented on his new show: "Running Wild allows viewers to see inside the hearts and minds of these guests in a very open, honest and vulnerable way, pushing them out of their comfort zones and seeing what they are like in real life when stripped of all the benefits of celebrity.
