After coming clean about his marital status last October, actor Wu Chun is finally able to bring along his family for visiting this Chinese New Year.

'It's the first time I distributed so many red packets,' he laughed. 'I didn't hand out [red packets] in the past, as I didn't want people to know that I'm married.'

Also, Wu Chun is glad to introduce his two kids, three-year-old Nei Nei and three-month-old 'Little Chun', to his relatives this year. 'Many of them have not seen my children before,' he added.

The 34-year-old looked back on his previous Chinese New Year celebrations and revealed that he once drove his dad's car without a license when his parents went overseas. A reckless teenager back then, Wu Chun got into an accident and damaged the car.

To prevent his father from finding out about his mischief, Wu Chun used all the money that he got from red packets to repair the car. Although his dad was unaware of the situation, Wu Chun eventually admitted to his mistake.

Rachel McAdams has reportedly been calling her ex-boyfriend Ryan Gosling for comfort after splitting up with Michael Sheen.

Gosling's current girlfriend, Hitch actress Eva Mendes, is said to be fuming about the calls.

A source said to Now: "Rachel's always kept in touch with Ryan, but now that she's split with Michael, she's been calling him and using him as a shoulder to cry on.

"It hasn't gone down very well with Eva, to say the least, but Ryan wants to be there as a friend for his ex."

Justin Bieber is alleged to have abused a flight attendant on a private plane.

The 19-year-old singer is also said to have filled the cockpit up with thick marijuana smoke on Friday (January 31), according to an incident report published by NBC News.

Bieber and his father were allegedly "extremely abusive" to a flight attendant, who was so disturbed that she hid from him in the cockpit with the pilots.

The plane was filled with so much pot smoke that the pilots had to wear oxygen masks, according to the report.

"The flight attendant stated the passengers, including Bieber and his father, Jeremy Bieber were extremely abusive verbally and she would not work another flight with them," the official record went on.

The captain is said to have demanded that his passengers stop their bad behavior, before ordering her to join them for her own protection.

"The captain of the flight stated that he warned the passengers, including Bieber, on several occasions to stop smoking marijuana," the report continued.

"The captain also stated he needed to request that the passengers stop their harassing behavior toward the flight attendant and after several warnings asked the flight attendant to stay with him near the cockpit to avoid any further abuse."

Bieber was later questioned by officials over his conduct, but the crew refused to press charges.

The singer will appear in court next month for a trial over his recent driving-related charges. He is also facing an assault charge for a scuffle with a limo driver in Toronto.

Missy Elliott has explained her prolonged absence from music.

The star has been working on the follow-up to 2005's The Cook Book, but has taken her time to focus on recording a solid collection of new music.

 

"I don't just throw out microwave records," Missy Elliott told Yahoo. "When you are creating to the magnitude that I try to create your brain is like a computer and you need to refresh."

She added: "Things happen in your life and then you can write something else instead of the same three topics - like, how many times can we write about the clubs?"

Missy Elliott hasn't taken a full break from music, guesting on a remix of Katy Perry's 'Last Friday Night' in 2012 and Little Mix's 'How Ya Doin'?' in 2013.

A release date for her next album - currently titled Block Party - has yet to be confirmed.

Lindsay Lohan reunited with Mean Girls co-star Daniel Franzese last night (February 5) and shared the photo with fans on her Instagram page.

The pair are pictured posing together outside a bar during a night out in New York, with Lohan captioning it: "@whatsupdanny #soquiche #werknyc"

The 27-year-old actress played Cady Heron in the cult teen movie alongside Franzese, who played loveable high school friend Damian.

The 2004 film, which also starred Amanda Seyfried, Tina Fey and Rachel McAdams, celebrates its tenth anniversary later this year.

Following its successful release, Lohan has gone on to star in films such as Bobby, Machete and most recently Scary Movie 5 with Charlie Sheen. 

Meanwhile, 35-year-old Franzese has appeared in TV series Burn Notice and horror flick I Spit on Your Grave.

Lohan announced at the Sundance Film Festival last month that she will star in and produce psychological thriller Inconceivable. 

The $5 million movie, produced by Emmett/Furla Films, is keeping plot details under wraps.

A Mean Girls-themed jewelry line was unveiled earlier this year to celebrate the film's upcoming anniversary.

Mandopop star Elva Hsiao has reportedly flown to Bali for a holiday with her boyfriend, Taiwanese actor Kai Ko, and his family.

Yesterday, Kai uploaded a photo with his mum at a resort on his microblog. He wrote: 'Vacation begins!'

At the same time, Kai's elder brother, Ko Chia Yang, has also been sharing pictures from their family trip on his Instagram.

Interestingly, Elva posted a picture of her sumptuous breakfast yesterday, which looked very similar to a photo uploaded by Chia Yang. Sharp-eyed netizens then pointed out that the cutleries in both images are identical, suggesting that the couple are indeed travelling together.

Sources further claimed that the expenses of this holiday are entirely paid for by Kai's family.

When contacted by reporters, Kai's manager said that the actor is making use of his break in between filming to go on a family vacation, and declined to reveal more details about the artiste's personal schedule.

The Chinese actress' second pregnancy raises question of whether she will be fined for going against China's one-child-policy

Chinese actress Sun Li (Betty Sun) announced that she is pregnant on Saturday, on her actor husband Deng Chao's 35th birthday.

Pregnancy rumours have spread since last October, but she has been denying it and even deliberately wore heels to an event. It was only two days ago that she finally posted photos of her swelling tummy on Weibo.

She wrote: 'Looking forward to our family: 1 + 1 = 4, with happiness, good health and blessings.'

In the photos, in which she was seen at the beach with her son, Sun Li wore a loose dress and appeared to be at least five months pregnant. However, this second pregnancy raised questions if she will be fined due to China's one-child-policy.

Renowned film director Zhang Yimou was recently fined 7.48 million yuan (approximately S$1.56 million) for his three younger children.

But netizens appeared to be backing Sun Li's new pregnancy, and one even said: 'Zhang Yimou having more than one child has gotten so much flak, but Sun Li has received so much blessings from everyone.'

Shia LaBeouf has covered his head with a paper bag at the Nymphomaniac premiere in Berlin.

The actor attended the Berlin Film Festival to promote his upcoming movie, which is directed by Lars von Trier.

Wearing a black tux and bow tie, LaBeouf sported a brown paper bag over his head with the words "I am not famous anymore" written on it.

Earlier today, LaBeouf walked out of a press conference to promote Nymphomaniac after quoting footballer Eric Cantona as a reply to his first question.

Michael Jordan has become a father to twin daughters.

The basketball legend's wife Yvette Prieto Jordan gave birth to identical twin girls on Sunday (February 9) in West Palm Beach, Florida.

"Yvette and the babies are doing well and the family is overjoyed at their arrival," spokesperson Estee Portnoy said.

The couple first announced their pregnancy news back in November, but they had not revealed that they were expecting twins. They married in April 2013, after meeting in Miami six years ago.

Jordan is already a father to Jeffrey, 25, Marcus, 22 and Jasmine, 21, with ex-wife Juanita Vanoy, whom he divorced back in 2006 after 17 years of marriage.

The Chicago Bulls icon owns the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats, who are currently the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference.

Lil Kim has confirmed that she is pregnant with her first child.

The rapper unveiled a baby bump while attending The Blonds' Fashion Week after-party in New York City on Wednesday (February 12).

he told Us Weekly: "I'm so excited! I'm a few months along, I can't wait to be a mom!"

She added: "I'm a mom, but I can turn it up a little!" she said as she rubbed her belly. 

The 39-year-old also said that she doesn't intend to pause her career or lifestyle while preparing for parenthood.

"I'm still going to work," she said. "I'm still going to be hardcore, the baby has made me even more of a beast!" 

Lil Kim has yet to reveal the identity of her baby's father.

She has recently been romantically linked with boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr, while she was previously in a relationship with producer Scott Storch in 2012.

Megan Fox is pregnant with her second child.

The Transformers actress's publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnick confirmed that she is expecting another baby with husband Brian Austin Green.

Zelnick told The New York Post: "I can confirm Megan is expecting her second child with her husband Brian. They are both very happy."

Fox and Green - who married back in 2010 - are already parents to 9-month-old son Noah.

Her pregnancy is in the early stages, and has reportedly not interfered with her work filming the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot.

Megan Fox is reuniting with Transformers director Michael Bay for the project, in which she is playing April O'Neil. It is scheduled for release on May 14, 2014.

Back in January, Fox claimed that being a mother is better than being famous, and provides the "ultimate satisfaction".

Big Bang Theory star Jim Parsons is to make his Saturday Night Live hosting debut.

The actor will front his first ever episode of the sketch comedy series when it returns on March 1.

Beck will appear as a musical guest, marking his seventh appearance on the NBC show.

Parsons currently stars as Sheldon Cooper on CBS's The Big Bang Theory and has won three Emmys for his portrayal of the physicist.

After being nominated for his latest award, the 40-year-old said that the novelty of receiving an Emmy nod never lessens.

"If anything, I have to be frank, it's really gotten sweeter," he said. "It's more of an honor. I can't put my finger on exactly why, but I just feel very grateful to be included. I'm trying to soak in the joy as much as possible."

The head of CBS seemingly confirmed today (February 13) that the sitcom has been renewed for an eighth season.

Taylor Swift has revealed her new cropped hairstyle after cutting off her trademark long curls.

 

The 24-year-old singer wore a short-sleeved black dress as she touched down at LAX airport yesterday (February 12), flying back from London following the completion of her 'Red' tour.

Swift also shared a picture of her new 'do with Ellie Goulding, after the pair performed Goulding's hit single 'Burn' together on stage at the O2 Arena.

In 1987, he was taken on by the Johnny's Jimusho talent agency, which specializes in handsome young male idols, and became a member of Johnny's Junior. One of his relatives had sent in the application. He was in a Jr. unit called "Skate Boys". Skate Boys used to be backup dancers of Hikaru Genji, which at the time was a popular group.

In 1988, SMAP (Masahiro Nakai, Takuya Kimura, Goro Ingaki, Katsuyuki Mori, Tsuyoshi Kusanagi, Shingo Katori) was created. Although all SMAP members were in a dorama in 1988, Takuya's father didn't like his son working in the entertainment industry.

In 1989, Takuya was in a play called Modoken. When Takuya's father came to see the play, he was impressed by his son's acting ability, and urged his son to pursue his career.

In 1990, he was in a drama called "Brother, sister, I don't wanna die!" He starred as a sick boy.

In 1991, his dream was realized when SMAP debuted with a single called "Can't Stop!! ~Loving." However, SMAP was not very popular for a Johnny's Idol Group at that time. Their debut single wasn't a success, and when they had their first concert, the hall was almost empty.

SMAP slowly gained popularity through a variety program called 愛ラブSMAP, though.

1993 was a year of opportunity for SMAP and Takuya. He was in a drama called Asunaro Hakusho, which was a huge hit. In that drama, he starred as Osamu Toride, an university student who is in love with a girl called Narumi Sonoda. Toride was portrayed as a shy guy who only cares about one girl.

SMAP also got more popular with a single called $10. Hikaru Genji was not as popular anymore and it was time for SMAP to get the spotlight.

In 1994, Kimutaku Syndrome made this newcomer a superstar. But in reality, he hates being called Kimutaku and has asked his fans not to call him that.

He was voted the Favorite Guy by Japanese women's magazine "AnAn", and was also voted as the Best Jeanist. So far, he has been voted the favorite guy 12 times consecutively and will not be included from next year.

In 1995, he was also in a movie called 君を忘れない, which gained people's attention.

In 1996, a drama called Long Vacation made him even more popular. He was a young shy pianist called "Sena" who falls in love with an older girl who used be a model. 'Long Vacation' topped the TV ratings, and ever since, every drama of Takuya has become a big hit.

SMAP then started a variety show called 'SMAP X SMAP' which made SMAP even more popular.

In 1997, he was in two dramas. 'Gift' and 'Love Generation." Love Generation topped the ratings and was very popular. Gift was criticized in some ways because some people thought it encouraged teenage crime.

In 1999, he broke up with his longtime girlfriend, Kaorin. He and Kaorin were together for nine years, but Kaorin dumped Takuya because she was tired of being 'Kimutaku's girlfriend.' Takuya was very sad about it.

With the success of TV drama Beautiful Life, in 2000, he was at the peak of his popularity when he announced his marriage with 'Shizuka Kudo,' an idol singer. Of course, his fans were shocked and angered. Shizuka was pregnant when they announced their marriage. Many people thought Takuya Kimura's career would finish with his marriage.

In 2001, however, Takuya proved that he was not finished yet with a drama called Hero. Hero set a record with its very high TV ratings.

In 2001, his first daughter, Kokomi, was born and his second daughter, Mitsuki, was born in 2003. Takuya is still very popular. He was in many dramas after Hero, such as Sorakara Furu Ichiokuno Hoshi, Good Luck!!, and Pride.

He was also in a movie called '2046' as Tak, and voice actor of Howl in Hayao Miyazaki's animation Howl's Moving Castle.

Taiwanese host Patty Hou confirmed on Saturday that she is two months pregnant, butis keeping a low profile as she is still in her first trimester.

While speaking to the media, the 36-year-old said that her banker husband Ken Huang and her in-laws are very happy about the news. Her manager also jokingly commented that 'it is about time for Patty to have a baby' since both her hairstylist and make-up artist have become mothers.

Meanwhile, advertisers have been knocking on Patty's doors after news of her pregnancy broke. Some companies have reportedly offered the mum-to-be close to NT$20 million (approximately S$830,000) inendorsementdeals.

Currently preoccupied with magazine and commercial shoots, Patty has yet to respond to these offers. To prepare for childbirth, the model-host spends most of her time resting at home during her off days.

Reports further claimed that the artiste deliberately cut down on her workload last year, to condition her body for pregnancy. The couple, who tied the knot in 2011, was also recently spotted travelling to Europe for a holiday.

Katy Perry has sparked engagement rumors while having a Valentine's Day date with boyfriend John Mayer.

The 'Roar' singer was photographed leaving the Sunset Towers Hotel in Los Angeles on Friday with Mayer, while wearing a ring on her engagement finger, E! Online reports.

Perry and Mayer can be seen smiling while leaving the hotel with the ring clearly on show.

While there has been no official announcement by the couple, Mayer took to Twitter to speak highly of his partner.

Katy Perry has been dating John Mayer on and off since August 2012. She was previously married to Russell Brand for two years from 2010.

She recently said of Mayer to W magazine: "I actually am dating my crush. I had a crush on him for a long time, and it just so happens we fit together great."

John Mayer released his duet with Katy Perry 'Who You Love' as a single last year. Watch the video below:
