Stevie Wonder, 64, Welcomes Ninth Child, a Baby Girl Named Nia!

She's here! Stevie Wonder has welcomed his ninth child, and second child with girlfriend Tomeeka Robyn Bracy, a baby girl named Nia, his rep confirms to Us Weekly.

Wonder, 64, who is a proud father to eight other kids from previous relationships, confirmed he was expecting another child during an appearance on The View last month.

After Page Six reported that the musician and his girlfriend were expecting triplets, Wonder joked, "I got, how many, 22 kids?" before clarifying, "It's not true. The truth is we're going to have a wonderful daughter, born in December, [and her] name is going to be Nia, which is 'purpose.'"

Wonder's rep confirms his little girl's name means purpose, which is "one of the seven principles of Kwanzaa."

The Grammy winner was previously married to Syreeta Wright from 1970 to 1971 and Karen "Kai" Millard Morris from 2001 until 2012.

It makes her wanna La La! Ashlee Simpson and her husband Evan Ross are expecting their first child together, Us Weekly can confirm.

The recently-wed stars will welcome another baby into their family, which also includes Bronx, Ashlee's 6-year-old son. (His dad is Simpson's first husband, Pete Wentz.)

Simpson, 30, and Ross, 26, got married this past August in Greenwich, Conn. at the home of his mother, Motown legend Diana Ross.

Ross hinted at the possibility of growing his family with his wife last month at The Hunger Games: Mockingjay-Part 1 L.A. premiere. "I would love to [have kids]," he told Us. "As many as possible."

Actor and singer Ross added of married life: "It's the best thing ever. I actually want to get back to her, although I'm excited to be on the carpet -- it's incredible."

The baby-to-be is the 3rd grandchild of Supremes singer Diana, 70.

Both Simpson and Ross' reps did not respond to requests for comment. E! News was first to report the story.

Newly Released Ray Rice Video Shows Couple in Cuffs, Kissing After Elevator Punch

Turns out there’s even more surveillance video Ray Rice doesn’t want you to see.

ABC News today exclusively obtained a copy of the security-camera video that shows the ugly aftermath of the assault earlier this year when Ray Rice punched his now-wife in an Atlantic City casino and knocked her unconscious.

The nearly 45 minutes of never-before-seen footage shows a clearly distraught Janay Palmer, Rice’s then-fiancee and now wife, unwilling to talk to him after the NFL star had punched her inside an elevator on Feb. 15 at the now-closed Revel casino.

Palmer is seen physically pushing Rice away from her when he approached her immediately after the incident. Palmer was then protected by hotel security guards as Rice attempted to move closer.

The video then shows Palmer going through something of an emotional evolution in the middle of the night. Almost immediately after the assault, she appears angry. Soon after, Palmer begins to cry. And by the time she and Rice are both escorted into an elevator -- handcuffed -- she appears to kiss and nuzzle the one-time NFL star.

Both Rice and Palmer were arrested that night and charged with one count of assault each. The charge against Palmer was later dropped for “insufficient evidence,” while the charge against Rice was upgraded to aggravated assault.

The former Baltimore Ravens running back is a sports celebrity in New Jersey because of his college career at Rutgers. He was admitted to a probationary program that would allow the criminal charge to be dismissed next year. Once a video of the assault appeared online, the Ravens cut Rice and the NFL suspended him indefinitely. The league’s penalty was later overturned.

Rice went to court to stop ABC News from obtaining the recording, but lost. Rice’s attorney, Peter Ginsberg, was disappointed that the new video was made public.

“This is a time of healing and he, quite naturally, doesn’t want another media showing of what must have been the worst event of his life,” Ginsberg said in an interview today. “What the media ought to be focusing on is the issue of domestic violence."

During a two-hour hearing in Trenton, N.J., on Wednesday, Ginsberg said that Rice “literally does not talk to me about the events [at the casino] without crying -- to this day.”

The new video shows hotel staffers concerned with Palmer’s condition, bringing a wheelchair to her in case she had trouble walking and then giving her first aid. It shows Rice agitated at times, being kept at a distance from Palmer and talking on the phone at one point.

By the time cops and hotel security are prepared to move the player out of the lobby area, Rice is handcuffed and led away by the arm. A cop can be seen pulling the hood of his sweatshirt over Rice’s head.

The startling moment comes in the elevator – the same or similar elevator as the one where the assault occurred – when Palmer stretches her neck so she can kiss and nuzzle Rice. The two are then walked separately to waiting police cars.

The new video was turned over to ABC News in response to a public-records request filed with the N.J. Gaming Enforcement Division.

Since winning his appeal of the NFL’s indefinite suspension, Rice has started re-emerging into public life. He appeared on NBC last month. On Thursday night, aware that the new video would be released, Rice appeared at a charity event in Baltimore and talked about the incident.

"I made a horrible mistake in my life, but if you truly believe in second chances, they will forgive me,” Rice said at the event. “I think all the fans have looked deep into who I am.”

Lincoln's a big sister! Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard have welcomed their second baby girl together. The couple announced the news via Twitter on Friday, Dec. 19.

"Delta Bell Shepard is here. She doesn't look like either ?@IMKristenBell? or me, but we're gonna keep her anyway. ?#christmascameearly?" Shepard tweeted. 

The proud mom also tweeted, "The estrogen has now hit critical mass! Good luck, @daxshepard1.  And welcome to the world DELTA BELL SHEPARD :)"

Us confirmed in June that Bell, 34, and the Parenthood actor, 39, were expecting again. "The whole family is beyond excited," a rep for the couple told Us at the time.

During her "really easy" pregnancy, Bell gave Us new insight about daughter Lincoln, 20 months. "She can sign now and she knows 40-50 signs! I can talk to her and she'll sign in three, four word sentences which is really amazing," the Veronica Mars alum told Us in September. "She's the smartest baby ever!" she joked.

Bell, who filmed adorable Samsung commercials with Shepard while pregnant, also gushed about Lincoln at the This Party Saves Lives event in L.A. on Oct. 16. "She's very interested in the shape of my belly. Very interested in offering it water and crackers and giving it smooches," she told Us. "She could just be mimicking what we're doing but I have a hunch she knows what's happening."

Bell and Shepard tied the knot in October 2013.

AMC’s ‘Badlands’ to Star Hong Kong Actor Daniel Wu

AMC cast Hong Kong actor Daniel Wu to star on its upcoming martial arts drama “Badlands,” it was announced on Friday.

Wu will play Sunny, a ruthless warrior who teams up with a young boy to traverse dangerous lands and find enlightenment. He will also executive produce the six-episode series, which was ordered by the network in July and is set for a late 2015 or 2016 release.

The Chinese-American actor has starred in over 60 films, including “City of Glass” and “Around the World in 80 Days.” Wu also won the 2006 Hong Kong prize for Best Director for his directorial debut “The Heavenly Kings,” which brought him the Chinese Film Media Award for Best Director.

“After working together with such a talented team of executive producers, writers and executives at AMC, I am excited for the opportunity to bring this character to life‎,” Wu said in a statement.

CAA and Great Company represent him.

“Badlands” is based loosely on the Chinese tale “Journey to the West” and will co-star Emily Beecham (“28 Weeks Later”), Sarah Bolger (“The Tudors”) and Oliver Stark (“The Adventurer: The Curse of the Midas Box”).

David Dobkin (“Shanghai Knights”) will direct the series, created by showrunners Al Gough and Miles Millar (“Shanghai Noon,” “Smallville”). They’ll executive produce along Stacey Sher (“Pulp Fiction”), Michael Shamberg (“Pulp Fiction,”), Stephen Fung (“Tai Chi Zero”) and Wu.

American cable channel AMC recently announced that they will be producing a martial arts drama, based on Chinese tale "Journey to the West", named "Badlands" (tentative title). The male lead of this short series will be Daniel Wu, a character named "Sunny". He will also be serving as an executive producer along with Stephen Fung. 

According to sources, the drama will be loosely based on the Chinese ancient myth, "Journey to the West". However, the adaptation will be quite different from the original story that it may be hard to see shadows of the original story. The plot describes Daniel Wu's character, Sunny as a warrior with high martial art skills, and will create a team with a little boy. They will find enlightenment through a journey filled with obstacles. There are rumours that as the executive producers, Daniel Wu and Stephen Fung will be bringing in their martial arts team to the series.

Other cast of the series include Emily Beecham, Sarah Bolger and Oliver Stark. The director will be David Dobkin. "Badlands" is created by writers-showrunners Al Gough and Miles Millar (Shanghai Noon, Smallville). They will also be on the executive producer team with Stephen, Daniel, David Dobkin, Michael Shamberg and Stacey Sher.

"Badlands" will be a 6 episode series.

A cinematographer was killed on Wednesday in Hong Kong during the filming of Jackie Chan-starring film “Skiptrace.” Chan Kwok-hung is understood to have drowned in an accident that occurred when a boat he was on capsized off Lantau Island. According to the South China Morning Post, it is understood to have happened around 3am local time. Seven other film crew were on board, but they managed to swim the 30 meters to shore. Neither Jackie Chan nor co-star Fan Bingbing are believed to have been on board at the time.

51-year-old Chan Kwok-hung, who was working on the upcoming film “Skiptrace,” which features Jackie Chan, “Jackass” star Jonny Knoxville, and Chinese actress Fan Bingbing. Hong Kong police told the South China Morning Post that a 50-foot vessel carrying eight crew members capsized 100 feet from the island's shore. Seven other crew members were able to swim to safety, but Chan was later discovered unconscious. The paper reported that Jackie Chan was not believed to have been on board at the time of the accident. Chan Kwok-hung had worked in Hong Kong's film industry for 20 years, and had previously worked with prominent local directors Stephen Chow, Jingle Ma and Chan Chi-ying, according to the Hollywood Reporter. 

“Skiptrace,” is a joint production between U.S., Hong Kong, and mainland Chinese companies, and tells the story of a Hong Kong detective (Chan) who teams up with an American gambler (Knoxville) to save his niece (Bingbing) and take down a local crime boss, according to Deadline.com. At the time of writing, Chan's official website carries no comment on the death. Jackie Chan is mainland China's most-recognizable screen actor, and is famed for his outlandish stunts and frenetic fight choreography.

Margaret is moving on. Actress-comedienne Margaret Cho and her artist husband Al Ridenour have split after 11 years of marriage, Us Weekly can confirm. The couple have been in an open relationship since tying the knot in June 2003.

"It's been really, really hard for her," a source tells Us of Cho. "She's going through a really rough time and she's really sad about it."

The Drop Dead Diva alum, 46, opened up about the couple's relationship and her sexuality in August 2013. "I'm married to a man but I'm bisexual so I like both," she said during an appearance on The Real. "We got together because we both have this [idea of] 'I just don't want to have sex with the same person my whole life. That's just gross.'"

Cho later explained that she and Ridenour decided on a non-monogamous marriage as soon as they met, and it always "worked out" for the both of them. "I think when you have an open relationship you have to have boundaries, but ultimately, you want emotional monogamy with somebody no matter what," she explained during an episode of Oprah: Where Are They Now? in January 2014. "I don't really think about it more than that, it's just family."

BEIJING (AP) — Hong Kong action superstar Jackie Chan's actor-son Jaycee Chan has been detained in Beijing on drug-related charges, the latest high-profile celebrity to be ensnared in one of China's biggest anti-drug crackdowns in two decades.

Jaycee Chan, 31, was detained last Thursday together with the 23-year-old Taiwanese movie star Kai Ko, Beijing police said late Monday on their official microblog, identifying them only by their surnames, ages and nationalities. It was unclear why the detentions were announced several days later.

Police said both actors tested positive for marijuana and admitted using the drug, and that 100 grams of it were taken from Chan's home.

Jaycee Chan's management, M'Stones International, apologized to the public on his behalf for the "social impact" caused in a statement on their website. It said they would "supervise his rehabilitation and help him return to the right path."

Several celebrities have been detained on drug charges following a declaration in June by President Xi Jinping that illegal drugs should be wiped out and that offenders would be severely punished. In Beijing alone, more than 7,800 people have been caught in the crackdown, police said.

Chinese state broadcaster CCTV aired footage of a police search of the younger Chan's home in Beijing in which he is depicted, his face pixelated, showing officers where he stashed bags of marijuana. Police said they acted on a tipoff from the public.

Chan is accused of accommodating drug users, an offense that carries a maximum sentence of three years' imprisonment — a far more serious charge than that of drug consumption. Two other people detained in the same case were accused of selling drugs while Ko is accused of drug consumption.

China named the elder Chan an anti-drug ambassador in 2009. Ko, the Taiwanese star, was part of an anti-drug campaign two years ago, CCTV reported, showing footage of the campaign in which he joins other celebrities in a chorus declaring: "I don't use drugs."

On Tuesday, Ko was shown on CCTV, his face pixelated, tearfully apologizing to his fans and family.

"I feel very regretful, very sorry to all the people who support me... I've been a very bad example, I've made a very big mistake," Ko said. In a statement online, his management company, Star Ritz Productions, said Ko had received a 14-day detention and also apologized to the public.

Ko, whose real name is Ko Chen-tung, became a sensation after his 2011 film "You Are the Apple of My Eye," a box-office hit in Taiwan. He won Best New Performer award for his role in the coming-of-age movie at the Golden Horse awards in Taiwan, considered the most prestigious in Chinese-language cinema.

He played the boyfriend of one of the protagonists in China-produced "Tiny Times 3.0," which appealed to young female audiences and knocked "Transformers 4" off the No. 1 spot as the most watched film after its release in the mainland last month.

Illegal drug use has ballooned in China in recent decades, after being virtually eradicated following the 1949 communist revolution. Narcotics began to reappear with the loosening of social controls in the late 1980s.

In more recent years, rising wealth and greater personal freedoms have been accompanied by a growing popularity of methamphetamines and the party drugs Ecstasy and ketamine. They are often bought on social media forums and consumed in nightclubs, leading to periodic police crackdowns.

If you're into Cpop, I'm sure you have heard of A-Mei Chang. She has one of the best voices in Asia and is still going strong (has been in the music industry for over 10 years).

A-mei is an ethnic Puyuma. Like most Taiwanese aborigines she was exposed to tribal music during her childhood. A-mei's mother used to record herself singing and then play back the tape for her daughters to hear. A-mei had always been fascinated by music; she once said she stuck to the radio and would rush to watch the late night music program introducing English songs when she was a little girl. She also showed great eagerness to perform in public, forcing her friends to listen to her sing.

A-mei first connected to the entertainment business by joining the televised "Five Lights Singing Contest" by TTV in 1994, after encouragement by her father, who was ill at that time. A-mei made all her way through to the finals but eventually lost in the final round. She felt very disappointed and most likely to quit her interest in music competition. A-mei's father then told her "you definitely can sing and perform songs beautifully, why don't you join the competition again to show that you got a talent in music?" So A-mei was encouraged and then decided to make a second attempt in the following year. This time her stable and superb performances were much appreciated by the judges, and A-mei was awarded the champion. Unfortunately, Amei's father passed away before her victory, making A-mei sad and aimless until she began to sing in pubs with a rock band formed by her musician cousin. She was later discovered by the popular singer/producer Chang Yu-Sheng (張雨生) and started her career.

Images of Heidi Klum will appear in an electronics company's ads inside McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas after all.

Airport spokeswoman Christine Crews says the company that manages indoor advertising at the airport rejected an initial set of Sharper Image's black-and-white shots featuring the scantily clad model.

Las Vegas-based Alliance Airport Advertising determined the images violated Clark County code designed to protect families that pass through the airport.

But Crews says Sharper Image's ad firm, Iconix Brand Group, submitted "amended proofs" on Thursday and all five ads were approved to run from Jan. 3-9 as the company wanted.

   Iconix, in a statement, said it was shocked the initial ads featuring Klum were "banned in Las Vegas -- of all places." The company calls them "tasteful" and "beautiful."

Did Cameron Diaz get a ring for Christmas? The Annie star is reportedly engaged to Benji Madden!

The 42-year-old actress and Good Charlotte rocker, 35, were first spotted together in the spring of this year. While it's unknown when during their seven-month courtship Madden popped the question, Diaz has been seen sporting various mysterious rings on that finger for a while now.

Most recently, Cameron has been consistently rocking a thick gold ring with dazzling stones. Next to it sits a thin gold band.
"It happened a few nights ago," a Madden source told People of the proposal. "All of Benji's friends are aware and happy for him. ... Her mom is a fan of him as well and gave her blessing."

"Everyone thinks it's wild but are so happy for them," a source told Us Weekly late last week. "Benji always tends to fall in love easily, but this time it's for real and he landed a great girl. They obviously both make each other incredibly happy and there's nothing better than that."

In the January issue of Cosmopolitan, Cameron deflected engagement questions, but discussed her thoughts on love (her previous high-profile relationships include Justin Timberlake, Alex Rodriguez, and Jared Leto).

"You have to find someone in the same place as you are. Timing is everything," she said. "If you get into a relationship where you want something the guy doesn't want, it's never gonna work. You're never going to get him to be in that place. No matter how old you are, finding the guy who's in the same place as you are and wants to show up is the only way a relationship works, period."

Months earlier, the actress discussed her views on kids and marriage.
"I'm not looking for a husband or marriage or not not looking for that stuff," she explained to Marie Claire. "I'm living, not thinking what I should or shouldn't be doing with my life."

She continued, “We live in a society where everyone has kids, so they want other people to have kids. There is this culture that says celebrities are supposed to be just like us, so people think, 'I have children, why doesn't she?' But I'm not going to do something because it’s expected. If a family happens, then it happens. If children come to me, then I would do that, but I'm not someone who feels like she has to do something because it's expected."

Nicole Richie played matchmaker for the couple, although they knew each other for years before giving their relationship a go.

"I approve of anything that's going to make Benji happy," Richie told Andy Cohen back in July (she is married to Benji's brother, Joel Madden). After divulging she was the one who set them up, Nicole added, "I'm going to take responsibility for everything!"

'N Sync's Lance Bass marries Michael Turchin

Lance Bass has married boyfriend Michael Turchin. 

The 'N Sync star married his partner of three years in a ceremony on Saturday (December 20) at the Park Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, reports HELLO!.

Celebrities in attendance included bandmates Joey Fatone, JC Chasez and Chris Kirkpatrick, Backstreet Boys singer AJ McLean, Lisa Vanderpump and Carmen Electra.

Lance shared news of the occasion on Twitter, saying: "Today I marry the man of my dreams. He makes me smile; he makes my heart melt; he makes me....me."

Bass first proposed to Turchin in 2013, before he decided to propose again earlier this year on the first anniversary of the couple's engagement.

Bass also revealed earlier in 2014 that he believed coming out cost him a number of business deals. 

He said: "I definitely felt coming out really hurt pretty much all of the products I was working on at the time."

I'm not sure if there's already a topic on him, but I couldn't find one. He's absolutely my favourite singer ^^ Anyone know who he is? I've been supporting him for a while, and his songs are getting more and more popular =) His more well known songs are "Jiang Nan" (River South), "Yi Qian Nian Yi Hou" (A Thousand Years Later), "Mu Nai Yi" (Mummy). For those who haven't heard of him before.. download those songs, they're great songs.

So... he's from singapore, and he composes his songs, and he wrote songs for other aritsts such as Cyndi Wang, A-do, Vivian Hsu (and more), and are seen in their albums. There was something about him and a song done at 18? He's turning 25 real soon, and has 4 albums out.

He has been preparing his new album in USA, and said it will release in Feb.

In Jan (this month I guess), he'll be releasing "Xie Zhen Ji", which is like a picture book. I THINK his new song that he sang at the Taiwan countdown is for this..

He's having a concert after his 4th album is released. I keep hearing different dates, apparantly now it's around may of this year.

He's going to enter the Japanese music at the end half of this year. JJ's going to release Bian Hao 89757, which will have a Japanese version of "Yi Qian Nian Yi Hou".

OB music is planning for him to enter the Korean market later on.. maybe in 2007.

JJ's also received a few offerings for acting. As for that, his company is choosing for him. If things goes according to plan, he'll start to film around the end half of this year.

He's going to be in the Chinese New Year celebration show.. on CCTV.

It was a  surprise in the sky!

Ludacris, 37, popped the question to his girlfriend Eudoxie Agnan while they were jet-setting on Friday.

The message "Will you marry me?" was on the grass below them as they were a mile high in the air.

Eudoxie looks shocked and overjoyed and according to the Fast and Furious star, she said, "Hell YES!"

She also went on Instagram to caption the pic saying it was the "best day of her life with the love of her life."
