A recent photo of singing girl group By2, uploaded on Facebook, sparked off heated debate amongst netizens who believe that the two girls underwent multiple plastic surgery procedures over the past few years.

At the event launch of their personal fashion label, Double Trouble, last week, younger sister Yumi was called out for having a distinctively sharper nose.

According to Taiwan media reports, Miko and Yumi debuted with adorable and youthful images back in 2008, when they were 16 years old, but the two Singaporean sisters are said to have sharper jawlines and nose bridges now. Due to the change in appearances, the twin sisters were accused of going under the knife, and netizens criticised them for looking like “transvestites”.

However, both Miko and Yumi, 22, have only admitted to fixing their teeth, in response to rumours of them undergoing plastic surgery.

Although some netizens like their “bigger eyes” and “sharper features,” some said the sisters are “becoming scarier” and “look like Thais.”

One such netizen said: “They have become so unnatural. I used to like them very much, but not anymore after they have undergone plastic surgery. They won’t even admit to doing plastic surgery.”

Other fans still support them, saying: “The sisters are the best! They have been working very hard since their debut.”

The Taiwanese diva underwent a drastic image change for her brand new album

After three years, Taiwanese songstress A-Mei will finally release a brand new album next month. Teaser photos from her album were recently revealed, drawing compliments from netizens on her drastic image change – visible weight loss and silver hair colour.

To obtain the desired hair colour, the singer had to go through seven hours of bleaching and dyeing. “It’s so painful!” exclaimed A-Mei, who was upset that she lost a lot of hair due to the chemical processes.

Netizens also pointed out that the diva, who had been making headlines for her weight issues, has successfully shed extra pounds for her album.

According to A-Mei’s manager, the songbird bought a recording studio two years ago. “After recording a song, she would go home and think about it,” he added. “Most of the time, she would come back another day and re-record the track with different emotions. It’s common to record one song for countless times.”

A restaurant source told PEOPLE.com: ''They looked like a great couple. They paid a lot of attention to each other.''

The loved-up duo reportedly ran up a bill of just over $100 after they ordered steak, salad and oysters.

Ben - who is currently filming 'Batman vs. Superman' in nearby Detroit - even complimented the chef on his culinary skills by saying his french fries served with béarnaise sauce and parmesan was the best he's had.

A fellow diner added: ''Everyone was freaking out in the restaurant. I was starstruck.''

Meanwhile, Jennifer, 42, had flown to Michigan to spend some time with Ben, 41, without their three children Violet, eight, Seraphina, five, and Samuel, two.

Prior to seeing her hunky spouse, Jennifer had taken their kids to Charleston in West Virginia to see her family.

The brunette beauty was spotted watching a minor league baseball game with her parents, sister, and three children, on Friday (27.06.14), before sending her kids back to Los Angeles with their nannies.

Is Ken Zhu quitting entertainment?

Ken Zhu’s decision to dissolve his fanclub has led many to believe that he’s ready to leave entertainment for good

At a recent Tokyo fanmeet, former F4 member Ken Zhu left legions of fans in shock after revealing that he will be dissolving his fanclub of eight years.

The 35-year-old Meteor Garden actor, who had been on a two-year hiatus, announced through tears that “he will be entering the next stage of his life” . Several of the 2000 fans at the event were visibly heartbroken, while others looked on in disbelief as Ken ended the event by reading a handwritten farewell letter to his supporters.

Ken’s manager, Summer, later explained that in between studying at the Beijing Film Academy Department of Directing and managing his jade business, Ken hardly has time to manage his fanclub, and therefore hopes that his fans will not continue spending money on him.

Summer also dismissed subsequent rumors of Ken quitting the entertainment industry, saying, “He has been rejecting job invites from last October till now and is focused on studies as well as his business. He will be back after that.”

Both Ken and his company have not discussed his marriage plans, although Summer has stated he is currently seeing someone, and that the company will support him if he gets engaged.

Johnny Depp was almost unrecognisable as he transformed into his latest role of gangster Whitey Bulger on the set of Black Mass in Boston this week.
The 50-year-old actor, who is reportedly in talks to play illusionist Harry Houdini in an upcoming movie, was wearing a balding wig cap and fake teeth as he shot scenes involving a dead body by a river in Massachusetts.

Depp plays infamous mobster Whitey in the drama directed by Scott Cooper and adapted from Dick Lehr's book Black Mass: The True Story of an Unholy Alliance Between the FBI and the Irish Mob. It centres on the Irish mafia's relationship with the FBI in Boston.

The film is expected for release next year.

The director of The Notebook has revealed that the film's main stars Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams clashed throughout filming.
Nick Cassavetes noted that on one occasion, Gosling asking for the actress to be removed from the set.

Cassavetes told VH1: "Maybe, I'm not supposed to tell this story, but they were really not getting along one day on set. Really not.
"Ryan came to me, and there's 150 people standing in this big scene, and he says, 'Nick, come here'. And he's doing a scene with Rachel and he says, 'Would you take her out of here and bring in another actress to read off camera with me?'"
"I said, 'What?' He says, 'I can't. I can't do it with her. I'm just not getting anything from this'."
Cassavetes continued to say that a fiery therapy session helped to get the project back on track, adding: "We went into a room with a producer; they started screaming and yelling at each other… everybody came out like, 'Alright, let's do this'. And it got better after that, you know?
"They had it out... I think Ryan respected her for standing up for her character, and Rachel was happy to get that out in the open. The rest of the film wasn't smooth sailing, but it was smoother sailing."

Cassavetes also spoke about how casting Gosling and McAdams, both unknown at the time, was a gamble. 
"When I told [New Line Cinema] I wanted to hire Ryan for the lead, they kind of looked at me like I was out of my mind," he recalled. "We found Rachel through an audition process, and she was wonderful. 
"A lot of studios wouldn't have had the courage to put two relatively unknown people in a movie like this. But they did and, gosh, weren't they terrific?"
Gosling recently directed Lost River, and is tipped star alongside Russell Crowe in Shane Black's The Nice Guys.

Jennifer Love Hewitt joins Criminal Minds as series regular

Jennifer Love Hewitt is joining the cast of Criminal Minds.

Hewitt will join the series in the autumn and play Kate Callahan, an undercover agent whose hard work at the FBI has landed her a spot with the Behavioural Analysis Unit.

Showrunner Erica Messer said: "We're thrilled to introduce a new special agent by adding the very talented Jennifer Love Hewitt to our amazing cast.

"Many of us on the show have enjoyed working with her over the years and look forward to again. We have exciting storylines planned for her character and the entire BAU team as we head into our 10th season."

The actress previously starred in CBS' The Ghost Whisperer, which ran for five seasons until 2010.

Hewitt also starred in the Lifetime series The Client List for two seasons, which was canceled at the end of last year.

Who would've thought that "Fifty Shades of Grey" could make someone feel uncomfortable?

While Dakota Johnson is playing Anastasia Steele in the upcoming adaptation of E.L. James' erotic novel, Lucy Hale almost got the part, and the "Pretty Little Liars" star has revealed that the audition process was somwehat out of the ordinary. 

It was "unlike any audition I have ever done before in my life," she told MTV. “It actually was just me. It was a two-page monologue of exactly what you would think it would be. Very uncomfortable, but it was sort of one of those things where you just had to go for it or you’re just gonna look lame — hopefully, I didn’t look lame.”

Hale described her audition scene as something “I don’t want my grandmother watching.”

However, she won't have to worry about embarrassing granny anymore, as Johnson will be on the receiving end of the whip held by the dominator Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) in the film and, presumably, its two sequels.

Directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson ("Nowhere Boy"), "Fifty Shades" also stars Eloise Mumford, Luke Grimes, Rita Ora, Victor Rasuk, Jennifer Ehle, and Marcia Gay Harden.

Hale, meanwhile, will continue to star in "Pretty Little Liars," and recently released her debut album, "Road Between."

Dakota Fanning has opened up about how she managed growing up in the public eye.

The 20-year-old rose to fame at the age of 7 in the 2001 film I Am Sam and has since gone on to appear in Charlotte's Web, Hounddog and The Twilight Saga.

Speaking to Town & Country magazine, the actress revealed that it is possible to lead a private life in show business if you choose to.

"I'm just never going to parade my personal life," Fanning explained. "If you choose to not do it, it's not hard to not do it… Any part of an artistic business is made better by there being a little mystery. That's what movies are about."

However, the actress said it has not been an easy ride.

"Because people saw me grow up, there's this weird sort of ownership that they feel for me and that is… difficult," she continued.

"Because it's not real; it's in their minds. People don't know me as much as they think they do. I'll be walking down the street and someone will say hello, and I'll go, 'Oh, hi!' I'll think, I must know this person if they said hello, but then you realize, you don't know them."

Fanning also revealed that she was mature as a child and chose to go into acting herself.

"It's hard to explain to someone who didn't know me as a child. But even before I started working - when I was two, three, four, five - I was an exceptionally mature child. I just was.

"And my mom and I were able to have conversations like, 'Do you want to go to California and go to auditions for commercials and TV shows? Is that something you want to do?' And I was like, 'Yeah, let's give it a try'."

Fanning will next appear in The Last of Robin Hood, which is released in the US on August 29.

Lindsay Lohan files lawsuit over Grand Theft Auto character
Lindsay Lohan is suing the makers of the Grand Theft Auto video games.

The Mean Girls star says that latest installment Grand Theft Auto V based a character on her without her permission.

Lohan's suit against Take-Two Interactive Software Inc - which was filed today (July 2) - says the character Lacey Jonas, who seeks help skirting paparazzi, is an "unequivocal" reference to the actress. 

She also claims her image, voice and styles from her clothing line are used in the game, with legal documents alleging that "the portraits of the Plaintiff [Lohan] incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff's clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years".

The game also features a previous home of Lohan's: West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont hotel.

It was first reported in December that Lohan was considering taking legal action against the makers of GTA V.

Grand Theft Auto V was the biggest selling game of 2013, and has sold over 32.5 million units worldwide.

Nicolas was recently cast as the lead role in upcoming film Runner. He will star as a New Orleans congressman whose professional life is destroyed by a sex scandal.

Peter Fonda, Connie Nielsen and Wendell Pierce have also joined the cast.

Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson are officially husband and wife! The singer-turned-fashion mogul, 33 and former NFL player, 34, tied the knot at the luxe San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California on July 5th.

The couple said "I Do" in a traditional outdoor ceremony on the ranch's lush lawn with more than 250 loved ones in attendance. The Weight Watchers spokesperson looked ravishing in her custom Carolina Herrera gown, a departure from the princess-y Vera Wang ball gown she wore when she married Nick Lachey back in 2002. The newlyweds' children, Maxwell (two years old) and Ace Knute (one year old), served as the adorable flower girl and ring bearer, along with Bronx Mowgli Wentz, sister Ashlee Simpson's son.

"It'll definitely be extravagant. I don't do things small," Simpson hinted in an interview with The Today Show's Savannah Guthrie back in May. The couple explored many different options during their four-year engagement, including a destination wedding in Capri, but in the end, the bride opted for a classic and modern celebration close to home. Mindy Weiss did the honors of planning their big day. The couple kicked off their Fourth of July wedding weekend with a rehearsal dinner and a Southern-inspired barbecue (complete with a pie station!).

During a Google Plus live chat, the bride revealed that it's important to keep a good sense of perspective when planning: "It's easy to get stressed out about it, and put pressure on yourself. I mean your man proposed to you, so you don't have to do anything for him, he already likes you the way you are. So, really it's just about finding the love within yourself, and accepting the love that everybody is basically there giving you."

Simpson tells Redbook that in order to have a successful partnership, being madly in love with someone isn't necessarily enough: "I think you have to have personalities that mesh well...you also have to be open to figuring things out together and communicating even when it's the last thing you want to do." She added, "I have to admit, it doesn't hurt that Eric is one of the hottest men I've ever seen and he looks amazing naked!" she jokes.

On a more serious note, becoming parents changed their lives in a profound way: "Having my kids has made me feel so much more at peace with myself. I see how loving and kind we can be to our children, while never noticing all the things we have done well ourselves," she writes in a Parents.com blog post.

The Simpson clan has another wedding to look forward to: Ashlee is set to wed The Hunger Games actor Evan Ross in a bohemian-style fête during Labor Day weekend.

Rita Ora 'dating Tommy Hilfiger's rapper son Ricky Hil'

Rita Ora is reportedly dating US rapper Ricky Hil.

The singer has been spotted holding hands with the son of American fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger, according to The Mirror.

Last week, Hil uploaded a photo of himself with the 'Hot Right Now' singer, and is said to be spending time with her in London.

Ora recently split from Scottish DJ Calvin Harris after almost a year together.

Ricky Hil teamed up with The Weeknd earlier this year on the track 'Nomads' for his debut album SYLDD.

Rita Ora recently confirmed plans to release ''Black Widow' with Iggy Azalea.

Foxes: 'I want new album out as soon as possible'
Foxes has admitted that she is eager to get her second album out as soon as possible.
The singer has already started to think about the follow-up to her debut album Glorious, which reached number five in the UK back in May.

"I write all the time," Foxes told Digital Spy backstage at Wireless Festival over the weekend. "I've got album number two very much in my head. 
"It's really difficult, because I'm writing a lot of it and I'm just like, 'I want to put it out!' But you can't and you've got to wait. I'm excited. I'm writing for myself and other people."
She continued: "I'd like to put it out as soon as possible, but it doesn't always work like that. So it's more when I finish touring this album. I still have to tour America, so for me it was an album that was released worldwide, so I need to do all that first.

"I'm heading to Sweden, and for me it's about writing with other people. I don't particularly want a break, I just kind of want to do album two."
Meanwhile, Foxes has confirmed that 'Glorious' will be the latest single to be lifted from her debut album of the same name, following her previous hits 'Youth', 'Let Go For Tonight' and 'Holding Onto Heaven'.

The last time Michelle Rodriguez was photographed smooching a hot young thing on vacation, the person was supermodel Cara Delevingne. Now, the actress is locking lips with Zac Efron. No, we didn't see that coming, either.

The budding couple were spotted kissing on a yacht during a trip to Sardinia. Apparently, that "Wiggle" video was just the beginning of beautiful new romance.

It's unclear just how long Rodriguez, 35, has been dating the 26-year-old heartthrob. The Neighbors star had recently been linked to actress Halston Sage, while Rodriquez's relationship with Delevingne ended this spring.

JK Rowling reveals new Harry Potter story online

JK Rowling has revealed a short Harry Potter story online today (July 8).

The piece depicts a 34-year-old Harry Potter attending the Quidditch World Cup 2014.

The author posted the 1,500-word-long story on her website Pottermore.com.

Rowling tells the story from the point of view of character Rita Skeeter, a gossip journalist for the fictional Daily Prophet newspaper, in the form of Quidditch match reports and articles surrounding the World Cup.

The story sees the adult Potter with "threads of silver" in his hair and a mysterious cut above his cheekbone, while the grown-up Ron Weasley's "famous ginger hair seems to be thinning slightly". 

Ginny Weasley, Hermione Granger, Luna Lovegood and Neville Longbottom are also featured in the piece.

Warner Bros has set a date for the release of Rowling's Harry Potter spinoff Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, which will film in Leavesden.

The studio will bring the first installment to the big screen on November 18, 2016.

Gosling's current girlfriend, Hitch actress Eva Mendes, is said to be fuming about the calls.

A source said to Now: "Rachel's always kept in touch with Ryan, but now that she's split with Michael, she's been calling him and using him as a shoulder to cry on.

Gosling recently announced he plans to take a break from acting.

He said: "I've been doing [acting] too much.

Benedict Cumberbatch has admitted that people sometimes have trouble with his name.

The actor said that Americans have the most difficulty with pronunciation.

He told The Mirror: "Some people don't understand my name. Some people think it is an STD, but I don't think that is what my parents were thinking about when they christened me."

Cumberbatch also spoke about his actress mom Wanda Ventham, who has appeared in TV shows including Only Fools and Horses and Doctor Who. She also starred in some Carry On films.

He said: "I've been trapped with men in elevators who say to me, 'Oh... I really used to like your mom. She's really hot'.

''I don't know what to say. If I say, 'No, she's not', that is really insulting to my mother, and if I say she is, it seems very wrong. She is smokin', I guess."

The first official picture of Cumberbatch playing Alan Turing were recently released.

He will play the mathematician and codebreaker in new biopic The Imitation Game, which opens in cinemas in 2014.
