Miley Cyrus, James Arthur, Mariah Carey, more at World Music Awards
Miley Cyrus, James Arthur and Mariah Carey were a few of the artists to attend the World Music Awards in Monte Carlo last night (May 27).
Cyrus looked demure in a sweeping silver Kaufman Franco gown as she accepted the award for Best Female Act and Best Pop Act.
She later slipped into an elegant strapless Giambattista Valli gown for a performance of 'Wrecking Ball' at the ceremony at Le Sporting Club in Monaco.
Carey dazzled in a sheer dress with beaded embellishment as she picked up the Pop Icon award, after reportedly arriving four hours later than originally planned to open the show.
A spokesperson for the World Music Awards said: "We don't know why Mariah is late, she's just being Mariah."
Other guests included Ricky Martin, who was presenting the ceremony and receiving the Latin Legend award, Leona Lewis, who was looking dramatic behind a black veil, actor Kellan Lutz and Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev.
Tinie Tempah, Made in Chelsea's Emma Miller and Pamela Anderson - sporting a wild wig over her recently cropped hair - were also at the show, with Anderson informing reporters on the red carpet that she was stepping in for Sharon Stone.
She explained: "Sharon Stone has pulled out last minute and I've just been asked to stand in. It's crazy. They've just asked me to read through the script right now, just as I arrived."
The ceremony is set to be aired in the US on NBC tonight (May 28).
