Emma Watson and Benedict Cumberbatch were a few of the high-profile stars attending Prince William's celebration of The Royal Marsden at Windsor Castle last night (May 13).

Cate Blanchett was an ethereal vision in a white one-shoulder Ralph Lauren gown, while Kate Moss looked slinky in a sheer black gown slit-to-the-thigh as she arrived with musician husband Jamie Hince.

Designer Ralph Lauren was also in attendance due to his philanthropic partnership with The Royal Marsden hospital. He recently announced the opening of the Ralph Lauren Center for Breast Cancer Research facility in the London hospital situated in Chelsea.
Last night, he posed with wife Ricky Lauren and Helena Bonham Carter - wearing a taffeta Ralph Lauren Collection gown - during the drinks reception in the Palace's Waterloo Chamber.

Prince William, who has been president of The Royal Marsden since 2007, hosted the elegant event in the royal residence and gave a speech which commended the hospital's hard work while also thanking its charitable donors.
The Duke of Cambridge recently returned from an official three-week tour of New Zealand and Australia with the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince George.
