Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have called it quits.
The 17-year-old entertainer and her 20-year-old beau are no longer a couple, his rep confirmed to Us Weekly.
Miley’s rep had no comment.
The two met on the set of their film together, The Last Song, back in June of 2009.
“He’s my first serious boyfriend,” Miley told Parade magazine of Liam back in March.
Gossip Cop first reported the news of the couple’s breakup.
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have reportedly split up because Liam doesn't like Miley's new "edgy" side. According to sources, Liam was "jealous" of the way Miley as acting on stage during performances. Though she has tried to make him understand that it is all "part of the act", Liam still can't make peace with his lady showing off her pieces to everyone in her audience.
A source suggests that the couple called it quits "pretty recently" and that Liam is happily telling friends that he is on the market!
