MTV's 2014 Video Music Awards were held yesterday (August 24) at The Forum in Inglewood, California.
The big winners included Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus, with the latter using her Video of the Year win to highlight the plight of homeless youths in the US.
As the ceremony neared, the red carpet was filled with stars from the world of music, such as Taylor Swift, Iggy Azalea and show openers Nick Minaj, Ariana Grande and Jessie J.
