The 30-year-old actor reprises his role as Peter Parker in the blockbuster, while Stone returns as his on-screen love interest Gwen Stacy.
The Marc Webb-directed Marvel movie sees Spider-Man face off against new supervillains Electro (Foxx) and Rhino (Paul Giamatti), while also delving into the hero's rekindled friendship with Oscorp's Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan).
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will open in cinemas on April 16 in the UK and May 2 in the US.
