Taiwan popstar Jay Chou ran into his fan at a park recently, generously agreeing to take a picture together and even offering to take care of the latter’s dog.
The fan, a Mr Liang, revealed that he was walking his dog when he ran into Jay, so he ran up to the singer excitedly and asked, “Are you Jay Chou? Can I take a photo with you?”
After being shocked by the sudden approach, Jay asked, “Didn’t you already take one at the airport! You want to take a photo again?” The fan was extremely honoured to be remembered by his idol, and said in response, “Of course (I want to take one again), there’s a dog this time!”
Jay happily acceded to his request and the fan whipped out his phone – only to discover that it had run out of battery. Desperate, he pleaded for Jay to wait for him to go home and grab his iPad. Jay not only agreed, he even offered to walk the fan’s dog for him while waiting.
Two minutes later, said fan rushed back to the scene and finally got a photo with the star, eagerly posting it onto the Internet to share his fortune with the world.
However, according to reports, the little puppy bit Jay while they were saying their goodbyes. Jay did not push the matter, and merely laughed it off.
